An Australian Sea Lion in pursuit of a Western Rock Lobster. Nicknamed ‘sea puppies' for a good reason these intelligent pinnipeds have the capacity to play with their food for entertainment before feeding. This lobster was picked up and thrown around between sea lions, released and chased multiple times and taunted before being ripped in half and shared. To access the edible meat inside the lobster, the sea lions would use their flippers and mouth to hold either side of the lobster and pull tearing it in half. Guess we're not the only ones who enjoys Lobster!
