A Tiger Shark feeds on the remnants of a Humpback Whale carcass. Orcas (Killer whales) commonly hunt Humpback Whale calves. Surprisingly, they will just kill them to feed on their most nutrient rich tongue and liver leaving the rest for the Sharks. Nothing goes to waste though with numerous Tiger Sharks using their strong sense of smell to locate the dead whale carcass. These tiger sharks will feed on the carcass for weeks to come until nothing remains but the bones.
